Importing h5p files into Brightspace

I am wondering how best to import h5p files into my French 1010 course Brightspace site so that they will be graded and the grades reflected in the Brightspace gradebook. I have imported all the h5p files from the OER French I (Carrasco, Zahedi and Parish) into my Adapt course. I now want to link them to my course Brightspace site. I am an instructor with Brooklyn College as part of the City University of New York. Does my institution need to seek permission to do so? Is there another way if I download the h5p files into a pressbook and then import them into Brightspace? Thank you.

Melissa You should not need to download files nor use any sort of other alternative. Brightspace can be set up with LTI so that it can be synced with ADAPT, then ADAPT can serve your students the assignments in ADAPT, grade them, and return the grades directly to Brightspace. If you need help with getting your institution to use ADAPT via LTI, then have your institution contact us. They have to fill out the form at: https://adapt.libretexts.org/lti/brightspace/config/cuny-brooklyn (it can be fast or slow depending on your campus). We highly recommend going through ADAPT to grade H5P instead of exporting/importing because ADAPT allows for the use of student-by-student delivery of accessible alternatives for any H5P that may not be fully accessible.
