Great question since we started building the "Reference Manager" this week for our libraries. This new tool will allow authors to assigned References to a page and have them rendered one the page at the end in what ever style the author prefers. These van also be rendered over the sections in a chapter even over the entire book.
I hope this will be ready in 10 days or so. For now added them to the page manually or wait until this "Endnote" system is released.
